DCP-40

DCP40 is a monofunctional peroxide which is used for the crosslinking of natural rubber,  EVA  and  synthetic  rubbers,  as  well  as  polyolefins.  Rubber  compounds containing DCP-40 has excellent scorch safety, and under certain conditions one step mixing is possible. Safe processing temperature: 130°C (rheometer ts2 > 20 min.). Typical crosslinking temperature: 170°C (rheometer t90 about 12 min.)

Packaging and Transportation

The standard packaging is 1 carboard box for 20 KG or 25KG peroxide.

Both packaging and transport meet the international regulations. Keep containers tightly closed. Store and handle DCP-40 in a dry well-ventilated place away from sources of heat or ignition and direct sunlight.

Avoid contact with reducing agents, acids, alkalis and heavy metal compounds (ex: accelerators, driers and metal soaps).
