BIPB Eva Vulcanizing Agent

Organic peroxides are thermally unstable substances that may undergo self accelerating decomposition. Due to the relatively unstable nature of organic peroxides a loss of quality can be detected over a period of time.

Ingredients: Diphenyl (tert butyl peroxyisopropyl) benzene

Bulk density 20 ¡æ£º400g/cm³
Melting range£º46-52¡æ

Thermal stability:

as a kind of rubber active agents, Organic peroxides are thermally unstable substances that may undergo self accelerating decomposition. The lowest temperature at which the self accelerating decomposition of substances may occur in the original packaging is the self accelerating decomposition temperature (SADT). SADT is determined according to heat storage test.

Storage£º

Due to the relatively unstable nature of organic peroxides a loss of quality can be detected over a period of time. To minimize the loss of quality, we recommend using the maximum storage temperature (TS max.) for each organic peroxide product. When stored under the recommended storage conditions, BIPB will remain within the specifications of our standard for at least 6 months after delivery.
