Addition amount and application method
1. According to different application systems, the recommended addition ratio of this product is 20-30% of calcium zinc stabilizer and 2-3% of others.
2. Usually, it can be added directly, pre-dispersed by high-speed mixing and stirring, and appropriate temperature and time can be controlled to obtain the best pre-dispersion effect;
3. The paint or ink is treated by dispersing or grinding. Select appropriate process conditions,using a grinder or high shear dispersion equipment, make the wax powder into a wax slurry with a content of 20-30%, and then add it according to the required proportion.
